Co-CEO
As CEO, she is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished track record in building companies, creating new businesses, and driving organizational growth. Having led multiple ventures across diverse industries, she excels in guiding companies from early-stage startups to high-growth organizations, with particular expertise in business expansion strategy, organizational design, and talent development.
Her leadership experience spans education, beauty, entertainment, and photography—fields in which she has consistently delivered strong results. She has overseen recruitment, training, and culture-building for fast-growing teams, maximizing performance and enabling sustainable, long-term growth.
With a rare combination of strategic vision and executional strength, she creates new business opportunities, transforms existing operations, and leads organizations through meaningful and impactful change. Her ability to empower people and build resilient organizations has made her a driving force behind continuous innovation and success.
渡邉 亮太
Co-CEO
He began his career in 2009 at CBRE in the Valuation and Advisory Services division, where he provided real estate consulting and valuation services for both domestic and international investors.
In 2015, he joined Goldman Sachs, engaging in principal investments and asset management across real estate and renewable energy. In 2022, he played a central role in establishing a ¥120 billion (approx. USD 1 billion) solar power fund, achieving one of the strongest track records in Japan's solar investment market.
In 2023, he joined Sustech as CEO of the Energy Company, where he managed one of the country's largest ¥150 billion energy funds and led the company's power management and operations business.
In 2025, he was appointed Director of LOVANTVICTORIA Inc., where he oversees the corporate AI implementation consulting division.
